A Carter-English Dictionary

A few of my favorite "Carter-isms":

He Says = He Means

Telling "stowies" = Stories
Wearing a "best" = Vest
"Let's Tricky" = Electricity
"Fry Guys" = French Fries
"Lub Each-ubber" = Love eachother
"Batta Y'all" = Basketball
"Lasterday" = Yesterday
"Hairy Bottom" = Harry Potter

Despite normally being able to pronounce these fine, this is what usually comes out when he's talking fast and excitedly. I love the electricity one.

Too cute! I love how kids talk sometimes. So, hey, before we move, we should totally go swimming together in Sparwood. How about we say the Saturday, May 24. It is after May long, and by then I will be needing a great break from packing. Let me know. And since you like hiking, what are your plans for May long? Maybe we could meet up for a simple family hike somewhere between yoru place and ours.

My niece is 5 now and she still says "seat car" instead of car seat. My sister thinks it's too funny to correct her.
