Saturday was a busy day for us. The most exciting part was we put Carter on skates for the first time. He did so good and had so much fun. We need to go more often so he can get better at it.
Hayley wasn't such a good sport, though. She had to ride in this little ice buggy thing. It was pretty hilarious looking. She had fun for the first few minutes and then decided she'd had enough of that.
After skating, we went swimming and then hurried to our ward Christmas party. It was a really fun day. I was so glad we had finished our shopping so we weren't out fighting the crowds at Walmart, like everyone else in Edmonton.

Oh it looks like a blast. Tim was just complaining that he hasn't skated since on his mission. I don't think I can skate anymore...it's been too long.
That looks like so much fun! I'm jealous you're done your shopping....i'm heading out again to battle the crowds...so stupid.
