My little "Kinder"

Yesterday Carter got to go to Kindergarten Orientation for when he starts school in the Fall. He got to meet his new teacher, see the classroom, learn school rules, make a craft, read books, meet the principal, and meet some friends. He knew some of the kids there already and he was having so much fun giggling with them. He is SO ready to start school and this is going to be so good for him. We can't wait.

The only problem is that I now also have a 2-year-old that thinks she gets to start school too. And refuses to believe otherwise.

Carter's gonna have so much fun. But poor Hayley -- she's gonna miss him. You're gonna miss him too!

At least she is showing interest! Emma tells me everyday that she doesn't want to go to school yet! I don't know what she is so stressed out about she doesn't even start for like another year and a half. Kids are so funny.

Grace starts in the fall too. it's funny, she will be turning 6, and it's only mornings, and i am still thinking, she's so young, but in England, she would have been in full tiem school for 2 years loL!

YAY Carter!

You could always get one of those inexpensive backpacks for her, and spend time reading every day with her and call it her "school time" once he starts. That way she doesn't feel left out.
